Living your Purpose : Greater Good in Action!  By: Mahendra Singh Rathore.   These days employers and organizations after interviews, also require employees to take tests to find out their purpose and personality types of questionnaires to determine whether the candidate is right fit for the position. Merely for my own curiosity, I took my Purpose and the Myers Brigg personality profile tests to find if my soul is aligned to the mission I have embarked upon. My purpose score is 67 out of 70, indicating a high level of purpose.  Purpose is an abiding intention to achieve a long-term goal that is both personally meaningful and makes a positive mark on society and the world. The goals that foster a sense of purpose are ones that can potentially change the lives of other people, like supporting our companies mission, diversity social & cultural values, creating NWoW, Agile and Learn processes or teaching and inspiring colleagues to excel in their particular field of expertis
